Great pics! I love Gail Carriger's gloves!! :D

She was quite the character. I believe she did have other gloves at the banquet, too, with her bright blue dress.

You would have loved to see the costumes. Many Victorian dresses--even some that I swear were hoop dresses. I don't know how the girls packed them.

Those are such great pics!

It's nice to put names with faces.

It's nice to put goats with faces, too :P

It would have been a lot more impressive if I actually had any significant cleavage....

That's what those cutlets are for... :P

It was surprisingly easy to convince people to pose with the goat...and really easy to get them to do it inappropriately XD

Nice. He looks good in my shirt, although, I still wonder...

(Totally thinks the goat kills people and eats them.)

It is hard to believe a goat in a t-shirt.

Ah! So this explains the random comments about goats from those at WFC! Now I understand! What wonderful photos! Thank you for posting them. (I'mhere via [info]jaylake's LJ.

Don't know if you heard anything at all about it, but I ran Imaginary WFC 2009 on Twitter and Facebook (search for #ImaginaryWFC2009 on Twitter if you're curious). Goats made an appearance even there. It has been suggested that I produce a zine that includes all the Twitter and Facebook posts from IWFC, and I'd love to include your photos of Kat Richardson and Jay Lake. I wouldn't do so without your permission, however, and how you'd prefer to be credited. May I? I'll send you a copy....

hrmph. Guess I know who YOU love, then....

::hangs head in utter, utter shame::

I didn't know you were involved with goats until I saw your picture here! Kat was mentioned specifically in relation to goats in her Tweets and hence the IWFC transcripts. If I had but known of your perversion and unhealthy relationship affection for goats, I would have tweeted about it for all to see! I would have let everyone know, and then I would have asked for permission to use the evidence the adorable picture of you on a equal footing with the others.

Doesn't mean I don't want a copy of the picture anyway....

You may most certainly use them :) As for crediting, © Kate "Astres" Larking 2009 would be fine :) Click the photos to get to larger version of them (the Kat Richardson is 1000px wide). If you need higher resolution, let me know and I'll send them.

And I wouldn't object to a copy of the zine, either :P

If I'm ambitious enough to do it, you'll get a copy without question. Thank you!

I'm jealous of you in the AU. You get World Con next year: http://www.aussiecon4.org.au/
